Cancellation & Refund Policy – English Confidence Pro

Introduction

At English Confidence Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality IELTS and English learning courses. Before enrolling, learners are encouraged to carefully review all course details, features, and requirements.

As our courses include live classes, recorded lessons, downloadable resources, and lifetime access, once a learner enrolls, the seat and resources are reserved immediately. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund Policy for all courses.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for any course, bundle, or program are non-refundable.

  • Once you have enrolled in a course, your access cannot be canceled and no fees will be returned under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to individual courses, bundled courses, live batches, recorded courses, and subscription-based programs.

2. Course Transfer (Conditional)

Instead of refunds, learners may request a course transfer in special cases (such as mistaken enrollment).

  • If the new course costs more, the learner must pay the additional amount.

  • If the new course costs less, the difference will not be refunded but may be adjusted as a voucher/credit (case by case, subject to approval).

3. When Refunds Do NOT Apply

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If a learner has already accessed course videos, notes, or live classes.

  • If a learner is unable to continue due to personal reasons (time management, device/internet issues, exams, etc.).

  • If the learner expected a specific result (e.g., IELTS score improvement) but did not achieve it.

  • If the learner enrolled in a course by mistake and does not request a transfer within 48 hours of payment.

4. Technical Support & Assistance

While we do not refund fees, we are dedicated to ensuring learners receive full support:

  • Any technical issue (login/access problem) will be resolved by our support team.

  • Learners will continue to have access to recorded lessons and resources as promised.

  • In case of unavoidable interruptions (e.g., server downtime), classes/resources will be rescheduled or extended without extra cost.

5. Policy Updates

English Confidence Pro reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated through our official website and email notifications.
